The time I give to my young people is quality time for them - this can mean more than words can explain for those young people who need this service.

Volunteers and Volunteering

Rainer currently benefits from the contribution of  over 530 volunteers. Volunteers are recruited from the local communities in which Rainer services operate. Volunteers are essential to our service delivery and on joining the charity, will receive induction, training, supervision, support and expenses suitable to their role.

In order to enhance the experience of volunteers across the organisation, Rainer has a dedicated central Volunteer Unit.
